Shipping, return and refund policies
1. Order Processing
Shipping times:
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as product availability, geographic location, carrier delays, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or force majeure. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, special promotions), processing may take longer; any delays will be notified by email.
Order processing:
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. This timeframe is an estimate and may be extended due to operational, logistical, or external circumstances. Processing time may be extended due to holidays, high demand, errors in customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.
National and international shipping:
Delivery times depend on the location and the shipping method selected.
The delivery times communicated on the website are indicative and do not constitute a contractual guarantee of an exact delivery date.
International shipments may take longer due to customs, inspections, taxes, or local regulations.
You agree that these delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not give rise to a right to a refund of the shipment. In the event of significant delays, the customer may exercise their rights under applicable law.
Tracking and notifications:
We provide tracking information if the carrier allows it.
Tracking is the responsibility of the carrier; delivery times are estimates.
Changes to shipments:
We reserve the right to change the carrier or shipping method without prior notice to ensure delivery.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, any additional costs and delays are the responsibility of the customer.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, border closures, wars, carrier failures, customs issues, or government restrictions.
Delivery failed:
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping. Our liability is limited to the value of the product, not the estimated delivery time.
Acceptance of transport risk:
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the product is delivered to the address provided. In accordance with applicable law, the risk of loss or damage may be partially covered by the carrier. You acknowledge that logistical delays or issues do not entitle our store to any additional compensation.
2. Shipping costs
They are calculated according to the address and shipping method selected.
Free shipping offers apply under conditions indicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping prices may change without notice due to carriers or promotions.
3. Right of withdrawal (International consumers)
Legal deadlines:
EU, UK and Spain: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
US and Canada: according to state/provincial laws, generally 14–30 days.
Legal exclusions:
Customized or made-to-measure products.
Opened sealed hygiene, health or cosmetic products.
Digital products downloadable once the download has started.
Perishable products or products with an expiration date.
Exercise of the right:
The client must notify us via email at socialautomationoficial@gmail.com or through the contact form. Authorized shipping instructions will be provided.
4. Return procedure

- You will receive instructions regarding the address and authorized shipping method.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with packaging, labels and accessories included.
- It is recommended to send the package with a tracking number for mutual protection.
5. Return costs
If the return is due to a defect, shipping error, or damage during transport, the store will cover the costs.
If the return is due to voluntary withdrawal, the customer assumes the costs.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of an error by the store.
6. Refunds
After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.
You will be refunded using the original payment method.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, the refund may be withheld.
Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as appropriate.
7. Changes and substitute products
For defective or incorrect products, a free replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.
Replacements will be sent at no additional cost and processed as soon as possible.
8. Legal guarantee
All products have a minimum legal guarantee of 2 years in the EU and Spain, and conformity according to local laws in other countries.
It covers manufacturing defects or non-conforming products.
It does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
During the warranty period, the store may repair, replace, or refund defective products.

10. International Shipping
They may be subject to customs duties, tariffs or local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Timeframes may vary significantly depending on the country and regulations.
The store is not responsible for customs delays.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control: customs, weather, transportation, incorrect customer information.
Please carefully check the address before finalizing your order.
12. Claim procedure for damaged transport
Notify within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the damage.
A replacement or refund will be offered after verification with the carrier.
The original packaging must be kept to validate the claim.
13. Force majeure
This includes natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, border closures, carrier failures, customs problems, or government restrictions.
Delays or inability to deliver due to these causes do not generate an obligation for additional compensation.
14. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order, you expressly agree to these Shipping, Returns and Warranty Policies.
It is recommended to keep a copy of these policies for future reference.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
EU and Spanish customers: Spanish Law and European Consumer Directives.
International customers: Local legislation of the consumer's country of residence, insofar as it does not contradict Spanish and European laws.
The store may resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local regulations.
